Located in Italian Riviera, S.Agata sui Due Golfi
Difficult to describe the panorama that it can be admired from this Villa totally surrounded by green ; perhaps we might say that it is indeed breath taking . ..! This Villa which is located between the well-known town of Sorrento and the small, but as much characteristic, village of Sant' Agata on two Gulfs, it is the ideal accomodation for families or groups of friends in search of a vacation with ALL of THE comforts.
The Villa is divided whitin a main building into two levels: on the upper level there are three double bedrooms, one room with a bunk-bed and two bath-rooms, one with spacious shower idromassagge and another with bath and shower; on the lower level, to which it is possible to get to either trhough a inside staircase or external one, it is located a spacious and modern kitchen with every type of comforts (oven to gas, electric gas, frier, large refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.). The lower level still comprising of a big lounge with a large sofa, TV Sat, and a third bath with shower. At back of the main building, by the garden, there is a dependance, with two double rooms (one with sofa and where it is possible to put a third bed), two closets and two bathrooms with shower. All the rooms and the lounges are equipped with air conditioning of the last generation (with function also of deumidificatore and purifying of air).
